1. Registration Fee:

1. The registration fee for Mr., Miss, and Mrs. India is INR 15,000/-. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. The registration fee covers the initial application processing, screening, and administrative costs.

2. Eligibility:

1. Participants must be Indian citizens and fulfill the respective age criteria:

   • Mr. India: Age between 18 and 30 years.

   • Miss India: Age between 18 and 28 years.

   • Mrs. India: Age between 21 and 35 years and married.

2. Participants must provide valid proof of age and citizenship during the registration process.

 

3. Application Process:

1. Registration can be done online through the official website or authorized partners only.

2. All personal information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.

3. Incomplete or false information may result in disqualification.

4. Registration fee payment is required to complete the application process.

 

4. Selection Process:

1. Applications will undergo initial screening by the organizing committee.

2. Shortlisted candidates will be notified through email or phone for further rounds of auditions.

3. The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.

 

5. Code of Conduct:

1. Participants are expected to maintain decorum and respect throughout the competition.

2. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or actions can lead to immediate disqualification.

3. Participants must adhere to the schedule and guidelines provided by the organizing committee.

 

6. Wardrobe and Appearance:

1. Participants are responsible for their wardrobe and appearance during the competition.

2. Wardrobe choices should be in good taste and appropriate for the event's nature.

 

7. Intellectual Property:

1. The organizers hold the rights to use participants' names, photographs, and videos for promotional purposes.

2. Participants may not use the event's name or logo for personal gain without explicit permission.

 

8. Prizes and Awards:

1. Prizes for winners may include titles, trophies, cash rewards, and sponsored gifts.

2. Prize distribution is subject to fulfilling all competition requirements.

 

9. Health and Liability:

1. Participants must be in good health and able to participate in various activities.

2. The organizers are not responsible for any health-related issues during the competition.

 

10. Cancellation and Refunds:

1. In case the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee will not be refunded.

2. Refunds will not be provided to participants who voluntarily withdraw from the competition.

 

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

1. The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

2. Participants will be notified of any changes through official communication channels.
